So, I started doing The Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis workout DVD’s a week and a half ago and I am feeling really good. I have A LOT of weight to lose and need to go down a bunch of sizes to be in the place I used to be and where I feel my best. It sucks sometimes to see the scale go down so little everyday but I remember hearing that the slower it comes off, the more likely it will stay off...
